The 1st month's rent of £650 is payable on the tenancy start date. Direct debit is the preferred method for ongoing rent payments. The offer is subject to an affordability check.

If you are currently renting, you will be required to give notice on your current home. This is usually 4 weeks or 1 months’ notice. There may be occasions where the property will need to be withdrawn, and you will be notified through the system.
